Abstract

We introduce the clinical case of a patient with advanced coronary artery disease with complete left descending coronary artery occlusion in which CT scan allowed to evaluate the vessel distal to the occlusion and to choose the best coronary revascularization option. This case is a great example about how CT scan can be useful in the evaluation in selected cases of complex coronary disease.
